Every Inspection Type We Perform
Illinois DOT Safety Lane Inspection (6-Month)
IDOTRequired every six months for intrastate trucks under 10,001 lbs and over 26,001 lbs, as well as buses, ambulances, limousines, and most other commercial vehicles in Illinois. Covers brakes, tires, lighting, steering, coupling devices, and all safety-critical systems. Upon passing, you receive the Certificate of Safety sticker and inspection report.
Illinois DOT Safety Lane Inspection (12-Month)
IDOTAnnual safety lane inspection for trucks and truck tractors with a registered gross weight between 10,001 and 26,000 lbs, as well as certain trailers and tow trucks. Also applies to any vehicle displaying an active US DOT number — all equipment under that carrier automatically gets the 12-month sticker. Same full inspection — just on a 12-month cycle instead of 6.
School Bus Inspection (Type I & Type II)
School BusCertified inspections for Type I (over 10,000 lbs GVWR) and Type II (under 10,000 lbs) yellow school buses. Required by the State of Illinois for all school bus operators. $49 flat fee per bus plus $1 sticker.
Rebuilt & Salvage Vehicle Inspection
RebuiltInspections for rebuilt and salvage-titled vehicles returning to service. We verify roadworthiness and full compliance with state requirements before the vehicle is cleared for operation.
